Our guarantee covers defects in materials and manufacture
The guarantee is valid from the original date of purchase. It is non-transferable. Only the original purchaser/owner of the product is covered. A proof of purchase will always be required.
The guarantee covers defects in material and/or construction. This includes seams, seam tape, zips, stitching and construction materials. It does not cover damage due to fair wear and tear; crash damage; accidental damage; rips, tears, or abrasion; chemical or fuel damage; UV degradation; misuse or neglect. Fair wear and tear refers to the reasonable and practical expected life span of the product in use.
The guarantee is limited to repair or replacement of the product. Consequential damage to any contents, or associated costs (such as postage and packing) is not covered.
HOW TO CLAIM
Problems are very rare, but if you do have any issues, please contact the authorised reseller where you purchased the product from. If this is not possible, Kriega will assist with a guarantee claim.
To contact us, e-mail info@kriega.com with a picture and description of the problem, plus details of when and where your Kriega product was purchased, and where in the world you are. All internal production tags must be intact and unaltered.
Return postage costs will not be covered, so contact us before sending any products back. Sometimes we can fix the problem before you spend money on return postage.
Only Kriega products purchased through an authorised reseller/retailer, or our official website, are guaranteed. If you are unsure if a reseller/retailer is an authorised stockist, e-mail info@kriega.com Alternatively you can call us on +44(0)1244 280487.
Kriega reserves the right to repair or replace products at our discretion. If the item cannot be repaired, a brand new ‘like for like’ model will be sent. An equivalent model will be offered if the exact model is no longer available. No cash alternative is available.
