Delivery times for UK standard and next day orders?

Standard UK delivery time is within 5 working days from receipt of order.

Next day delivery: order before 12 noon. Mon - Thursday receive by end of next day.

Next day delivery: Friday orders delivered for end of Monday.

Standard UK delivery: FREE

Next Day UK delivery: main purchase - £5, Accessory purchase - £3

Delivery times for European and International orders?

Delivery time for European community orders is 5-10 days from receipt of order. International orders will vary by country (min. 10 days). All major product purchases can be tracked and are fully insured. Accessory orders are sent via airmail (signed for), but cannot be tracked. Please note that shipping dates are estimates only. Unless otherwise stated, despatch dates are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon.

Custom charges?

When ordering products from the website for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you, as we have no control over these charges.

Returns policy

What is your returns policy?

You may return new, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of product cost. If you are in the European Union, and you cancel your order within 7 days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage costs you paid as part of that order in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If you paid for express delivery, we will only refund the cost of the standard delivery charge. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. After 7 days.

What is your returns address?

All parcels need proof of posting certificate. Kriega cannot replace packages lost during returns shipment if proof of tracking/delivery is unavailable.

What is your warranty returns procedure?

All Kriega products are provided with a 10-year guarantee against material and production faults. Please call +44(0) 1244 280487 to talk to someone in our warranty department, before sending any products back to us. Sometimes we can fix the problem before you spend money on return postage.  Please note that our 10-year warranty is for material defects at time of production and does not cover general wear & tear of goods. Our products are constructed using only the best materials and processes available and returns are very rare, but if you have any issues with your Kriega gear please call first.... we are always happy to try and sort any problems.

What credit card security partner do we use?

When the order is placed at our website, all credit card details are handled by our payment processing partner; STRIPE. You will be transferred to their secure site and credit card numbers will be encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any website.
