Post and packing

Delivery times for UK standard and next day orders?

Standard UK delivery time is within 5 working days from receipt of order.

Next day delivery: order before 12 noon. Mon - Thursday receive by end of next day.

Next day delivery: Friday orders delivered for end of Monday.

Prices for UK standard and next day service?

Standard UK delivery: £3 Under £30

Next Day UK delivery: main purchase - £5, Accessory purchase - £5

Delivery times for European and International orders?

Delivery time for European community orders is 5-10 days from receipt of order. International orders will vary by country (min. 10 days). All major product purchases can be tracked and are fully insured. Accessory orders are sent via airmail (signed for), but cannot be tracked. Please note that shipping dates are estimates only. Unless otherwise stated, despatch dates are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon.

European and International delivery rates: All orders are calculated by weight/region by the shopping cart on our online store

Custom charges?

When ordering products from the website for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you, as we have no control over these charges.

Returns policy

What is your returns policy?

You may return new, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of product cost. If you are in the European Union, and you cancel your order within 7 days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage costs you paid as part of that order in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If you paid for express delivery, we will only refund the cost of the standard delivery charge. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. After 7 days.

What is your returns address?

All parcels need proof of posting certificate. Kriega cannot replace packages lost during returns shipment if proof of tracking/delivery is unavailable.

Kriega Warranty 

What does the Kriega 10-Year Guarantee cover?

The Kriega 10-Year Guarantee is valid from the date of purchase and covers the original owner against defects in material and /or workmanship and is limited to repair or replacement of the product, not consequential damage or associated costs.

Workmanship refers to seams, seam tape and construction. Damage due to wear and tears such as rips, tears, abrasion or UV degradation, misuse or neglect is not covered under our warranty policy.

How to claim on the Kriega 10-Year Guarantee

Kriega products are constructed using only the best materials and processes available and problems are very rare, but if you do have any issues please contact the authorised reseller where you purchased the product. Where this is not possible Kriega are happy to assist with a guarantee claim. To contact us about a guarantee either email  info@kriega.com  with a picture and description of the problem or call on+44(0)1244 280487. Return postage costs will not be covered so please do contact us before sending any products back. Sometimes we can fix the problem before you spend money on return postage. A proof of purchase will always be required.

Kriega reserves the right to repair or replace products at their discretion in line with the policies of the Kriega 10-Year Guarantee. In the case of a replacement a direct “like for like” model will be offered or an equivalent model if the original is no longer in production/available. No cash alternative is available. A proof of purchase will always be required. All internal production tags must be in tact and unaltered. Your statutory rights are not affected.

What credit card security partner do we use?

When the order is placed at our website, all credit card details are handled by our payment processing partner; STRIPE. You will be transferred to their secure site and credit card numbers will be encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any website.
